| EISENHOWER MEDICAL CENTER - Orthopedic & cardio imaging center (RANCHO MIRAGE, CA, USA)

| FSA designed 200,000 sq.ft., five story Orthopedic
Center, with Steel Special Moment Resisting Frames (SMRF) and
composite steel framing as the main structural system .
Cardio & Imaging center: FSA designed the work related to a
Tenant Improvement program. New medical equipment were
anchored, existing floor beams were checked for capacity to
support new equipment and two existing concrete shear walls
strengthened with shotcrete for new corridor openings in the
existing shear wall. |
