FSA designed the foundation system –Mat supported on Piles for the Main building—Three story concrete shear wall basement + 5 story superstructure –with a dual lateral force resisting system of SMRF and BRBFs; with a total footage of 521,000 sq.ft.
FSAalso designed a one story, 15,000 sq.ft. concrete shear wall Loading Dock Structure. The Loading dock structure is subterranean, and the first floor slab is designed to accommodate fire truck loads. Apart from the Loading dock, FSA designed ancillary elements of the Structure.
Penthouse: A 9000 sq.ft. steel brace frame structure

that houses the Data Center and Elevator machine rooms.
North Canopy: A 2000 sq.ft. concrete canopy structure supported on Steel columns.
Vomitory Tunnel: A cast in place concrete tunnel 280 ft. long that connects the underground parking structure to grade level. |
