| Designed three buildings – Buildings 4, 5 and Tech Center. Buildings 4 and 5 are 4 stories tall with 155,000 sq.ft. of office space. Buildings 4 and 5 have steel moment frames, eccentric brace frames and composite steel framing as the main structural system. The Technology Center is 2 stories tall with 37,500 sq.ft. of enclosed space. It is a seismically base isolated structure, with masonry shear walls, steel concentric brace frames, and composite steel framing as the main structural system. |
